Very comfortable and stylish. However, it doesn’t take the shine very well and the sole’s color fades away. I have to reapply shoes dye several times since I bought the shoes two months ago. Very poor dye job at the factory. in hindsight I should have bought a better quality shoes like Allen-Edmonds. Don’t let the low price change your mind about high quality shoes, not worth it.

I have owned 4 pairs of these shoes over the past few years and overall they are excellent. The cognac color looks great with khaki, gray, blue, or navy pants – very versatile. I agree with other reviewers who reported that they scuff very easily and need to be polished frequently – no big deal. The more recent issue I have had is with the stitching on the toe cap coming apart. This has usually happened well into the life of the shoe (1.5-2 years previously), but more recently it has happened within 6 months, and on the current pair the stitching came apart within 2 months. I love these shoes but unfortunately I’m going to have to find a different solution.

The style and fit was great, just the quality of the shoe was absolutely horrible. Barely lasted 4 months without ripping and getting entirely destroyed.

Don’t overlook the reviews that say they scuff easily and wear down quickly. After only a few wearings I have scuffs on the toes and sides that are through the painted on color (its almost like the color chipped off and now white/tan plain leather is showing through). The price is attractive, but thought they would last a little longer.

I stand and run all day at work in luxury jewelry sales, so I need to look sharp and still be comfortable. I have Corbettas in 3x in every color, including three blacks. I’m worried that I’m having trouble finding them. I hope they were jot discontinued. Other styles don’t fit the same.

They are comfortable, look very nice and stylish, and have a nice sole. They cost a lot less than Johnston and Murphy, but are way better. The leather is soft and smells good, and Insole feels good.

What a great and high quality looking shoe. I purchased them for my son. They were just what he was hoping for. They fit as expected and he reports that they are comfortable as far as dress shoes go. They look great on him. Couldn’t be more pleased. He has only had them for a few days so I can’t comment on their durability, but they seem to be high quality dress shoes and we are pleased with them. Would order them again. This is my second pair of these shoes. They fit well and look pretty good. My last pair made it about one year, but I wear them almost everyday. Probably would last longer if you alternate with other shoes. Price is a little high for the durability, but overall I am happy with them.

My husband has a medium width, smaller foot that requires shoes with laces for a perfect fit. He dresses up 1-2 times per year. He liked the comfort and fit of these oxfords. I like the toe style and polish which makes these shoes both formal yet versatile, and the anti-slip tead added to the bottom of the shoe for safety. A great standard dressy shoe for a man who does not need to dress up much.
