Ordered according to size chart and shoes were very tight on my 9 yr old. However ordered a different Florsheim style in same size and they were huge on his foot. Reordering in different sizes for both hoping that one works out.

I would highly recommend these. Very comfy insole with plenty of cushion. My 3 year old loves them. He can run and play in them too and never trips and they stay on his feet. Love Florsheims for kids.

I bought their regular shoe sizes for my kids and my little one ended up wearing his big brothers pair and my older one had to wear his sneakers to the big event.

These fit well but they look like pleather and do NOT WEAR WELL!!! My son is a 9th grader and has worn them to school only 3 weeks at the toes are badly scuffed and leather peeling off! they also have a HUGE crease mark in the toe. I would like to return this for a refund! i would never buy this brand again!

I am dreadfully frustrated trying to find shoes for my 7-yer-old grandson who has extremely sensitive feet which don’t look wide but seem to require a wide width shoe–hence, numerous orders to Zappo’s. This was the third shoe I’d tried, and ordered because it came in a wide width. All I can say is that if this was a wide, I cannot imagine what a medium would look like. He couldn’t even get the front part of his foot into it! Terribly disappointed. Shoes are good-looking but cannot believe they were really a wide. This is my first experimentation with Florsheim brand, know it’s a great old shoe company when I was a kid in the 40’s/50’s, but none of the 3 sizes/styles I’ve ordered come anywhere near fitting–either crazy big or crazy narrow.

The medium of this shoe runs very narrow, but the wide fit my nine year old’s slender feet well. Leather is soft and the cut comfortable.
